The host requires information about the guests and a Rental Agreement to be signed at the time of reservation.
Hot tub open all year! Pool open in summer Memorial Day to Labor Day.
The house has a security system and a video door bell (Wyze) which includes surveillance of the exterior only. (There is no video or audio surveillance of the inside of the home whatsoever.)
Winter weather advisory: if snow removal is required, guests agreed that the guest shall be responsible for removal. Landlord may provide shovel upon request.
You acknowledge that Duration shall not be considered less than 2 weeks per local ordinances.
You acknowledge that sometimes things happen and a partial refund might be in order. However, the refund will only be considered for the loss of essential items for the full duration of your stay as defined similarly by HUD which include, heat, potable water, and electricity. (heat is electric, water is well, and there is no generator) Refunds for partial losses of essentials or losses for amenities will not be considered.
