“I booked this room very last minute I arrive at the location and it is a closed down pub after I manage to find the entrance on the right side of pub by the car park there is 3 codes needed no problem I arrive in my room the bed is stiff with two pillows and only one towel I then try and have a shower there is absolutely no hot water in any tap or in the shower the hot water tap in the small sink doesn't even work the window has condensation inside the frame and the frames and the room is……

“Check in was not great. We got into the main building OK, but then room we had booked had a different lock system, a lockbox which we didn't have the code for. We had to call them, and when we eventually got through, we got the lock box code, but there was no key in there! Then they assigned us a different room, but someone was already staying in there. Then they finally got us another different room which didn't seem quite as nice as the one pictured. Room was OK, if a little bare with a mouldy……
