“Property was very clean, strong desk was very attentive.”

“It was great!”

“I only stayed one night here, so I didn't really get to check out any of the amenities. Not even the free breakfast. The property & rooms both were brand new & very nice. The bottom floor seemed to have a water leak, but they were attempting to dry the hallway. My biggest hotel pet peeve is crappy shower heads, but the bathrooms here actually have decent shower heads. Beds & pillows were really comfy.”

“They started to knock on the doors and ask about house keeping at 8:30am. Very noisy in the early morning. What a nightmare.”

“They need to update their TV’s to smart TV’s. And the bathroom lock wasn’t working properly so that also need to be fixed and the outlets as well”

“Haimi was great, very clean and nice stay”

“AC was noisy, the blankets were thin, staff were friendly”

“I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner……

“The facilities in the room are the most complete, including a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, safe, desk and chairs, and a leather luggage rack. The curtains provide excellent blackout, and it's very quiet outside. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, grilled meat patties, waffles, milk, coffee, apples, cereal, and more. A very nice hotel—we'll stay here again next time we come to Dallas.”
