The people at Crown Pointe checked us in right away and were very nice and understanding. The people at the desk were so nice, friendly and personable. The room and lobby areas were very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was so good! We will definitely be staying here again. 」

「I really appreciate a place where the hot water actually gets hot, however the tub drain didn't seal well so I had to fill the tub multiple times to take a decent bath. 」
