「相信我是全酒店內唯一一個的香港人，所以接待的人員都很熱情。這酒店可以俯覽整個城市，樓高十九層，最頂樓是餐廳。早餐的款式很多，相信是區內數一數二。地牢二樓有土耳其浴及游泳池，住客的話可免費使用。酒店有免費代客泊車，會將你的車泊在附近。房間很大，但設施比較舊。如果以150里拉的價錢，相信是可以接受的。」

「Kesinlikle mukemmel bir hizmet, cok memnun kaldim. Calisanlarin uslubu, ilgilenmeleri bir yana, ayni zamanda otelin kalitesine kadar hersey muntazamdı. Tekrar diyarbakıra gelirmiyim bilmiyorum, ancak gelirsem yeniden bu oteli tercih edecegim 」

「I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and room is clean and big! Shower room is spacious! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!」

「Nice hotel nice pool dinner and breakfast good. The only thing was at breakfast they were packing up a bit early at 8am . Dinner started at 7 and they were packing up 8-15 and some food had disappeared, so need to make breakfast and dinner times start and finish a little more official instead of packing up because staff feel like it. Otherwise hotel great and reception very friendly 」

「Otelin konumu güzel. Komforlu ve lüks. Temizlik konusunda kusursuz olmasını beklerdim. Dolap içleri, kapı eşikleri tozluydu. Bu standartta bir otelde beklemezdim. Ancak genel olarak iyi bir konaklama tecrübesiydi.」

「A great hotel. We had a superior room and it was incredible. Spacious, the bed was comfortable, really clean, iron/ironing board in the room, heating, balcony. Ordered room service and the food was great. Highly recommend staying here. 」

「This is our favorite hotel in our 21day trip in Turkey. It is amazingly beautiful and so convinent to walk around. The hotel staffs were very helpful they assited us in parking, carring our luggages to our room, giving us suggestions to the nearby restaurants and major attractions. We had a wonderful time there. We would like to come back if possible. Oh, their free breakfasts were so lavish and colorful. We were just stunned. Highly recommend it. 」

「Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Konumu itibariyle balıklıgöle, müzelere, çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin terasından, Şanlıurfa’nın gece ve gündüz manzarası birbirinden harika. Otopark konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Ara sokaklardan yürürken tarih koktuğunu anlıyorsunuz. Her şey güzeldi. 」
