Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

"We enjoyed our stay at Dockside, but it was a big change from my last visit in 2022. Kameron at the front desk was amazing. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helped us get a first-floor room, which was a huge help with three kids and carrying items back and forth from the car. The biggest opportunity is F&B. After being at the parks all day with three tired and cranky kids, the wait time to order and receive food was much too long. At the end of a long park day, having food available quickly really matters for families. I was also concerned that some doors meant to remain locked as a safety feature were not working. With children at the resort, that is something that should be addressed, as it could allow people who are not staying at the resort to access guest areas. Overall, there were some great parts of the stay, especially the service from Kameron, but there are definitely a few areas that could be better."

"The staff was so accommodating! They had a full night before I arrived, but rushed a room ready to accommodate my family to avoid waiting too long. The valet attendant was also very helpful, even though I used Lyft during my stay. This place is definitely a MUST stay! 10/10 customer service and hospitality!"
