"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking. "

"Exemplary & friendly staff! Room was clean but bathroom needed a little attention. The shower valve was very loose and there were 3 lady bugs on the bathroom ceiling and a few ants were going in & out near the tub. I would stay there again for an overnight."
