「We had to stay at this hotel for one night due to a funeral that I was attending. Out of the hotels in the area, they were all $200 and up. Ouch!!. This hotel is in need of an interior makeover. The room had a little bit of a musty smell when we arrived. The AC was off in the room so it was very warm when entering. The beds are the old spring mattresses. The decor is old school. We then went the next morning to have breakfast at the restaurant and the carpet in the restaurant is buckling...

「We had an outstanding stay at Viejas Casino and Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—every staff member said hello and was friendly, and attentive. They really made us feel welcome! The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The food was great with really large portions. The 9:00 fireworks display was a highlight! We had such a great time We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!」

「Check in was literally at 4pm. Other guest were able to check in prior. Was an inconvenience trying to have the children change into swimsuits without a room and luggage. Pool slide closed at 5pm. The room had a weird smell to it when checked in. 」
