“It would be perfect for someone trying to escape the business of city life or someone who needs total peace and quiet! The room and home are old but nicely decorated the grounds are beautiful and the people are friendly. I didn’t realize just how remote it was until I arrived and that made me feel somewhat uneasy the girls also were bored but if I needed some time to myself and rest it was perfect!”

“Excellent place and stay. Great space, though the beds were doubles, I think. Two queens or even one king and one queen would have been nice. No real complaints. Would stay back here again. **Kids were playing and pressed the doorbell on our room. The manager answered and asked if he could help. I apologized, and that was it. But it was nice to know there was someone there in case.”

“What a find! This 100 year old house is indeed a Charmer. There were 6 of us (all women) sharing the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and if worked just fine. The house was clean and we were even left a bottle of wine and some candy. Our host, Alla, was most attentive to our needs, like when the racoons knocked over the outside garbage before we arrived. I sent her a message and within 5 minutes, the housekeeper was there to make sure it was all cleaned up. It is an old house so the floors creak and……
