「Cleanliness: Very neat and clean rooms. Fresh sheets and towels.
Communication: Fantastic communication. Accidentally left a toiletry bag and some items in the fridge and we promptly got a call to ask if we still wanted the items.
Property Condition: The room itself was well maintained. One of the lightbulbs was out and the light switch panel was broken but no major issues. All of the amenities that came with the stay worked with no issues i.e. Fridge, TV, and WiFi.

「We had the most wonderful experience staying at this rental house. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home.
