“I told the front desk I was having surgery that is why I was there for 7 days. They put me on the first floor where the lobby bar is and across the hall from the staff back office. The door opens and slams closed 50 times a day. The staff are also incredibly loud. I had to keep my blackout shade down because people walk by my window which is like a motel. The air conditioner does not work and when on is so loud and then shuts off, restarting with a boom. Worst stay and what a dump. Looks nice……

“I liked that the property is located close to the airport. The staff did not engage at all besides helping me with checking in/out. I was not provided any info regarding the gym, pool, hours of the bar and/or breakfast hours. The property advertises airport pickup/drop off but when I tried to schedule airport pickup I was told to call them once I land in DFW. I found that a bit odd and not convenient because this could have been scheduled prior hand but instead they advise you to wait……

“I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities.
