“The room was very comfortable. The manager was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was okay.”

“When we arrived to the to El Ray, they told us about an event and we were surprised. The front desk said that it was Expedia fault for not communicating to us. We were hoping for a quiet night instead there was an ‘event’ that never ended. When we complained we were offered a room in a sister hotel, Glorietta. We came to the room parked and got our stuff. A man and a woman from the adjacent room were smoking outside and talking, I was hoping they would go inside after a while. When we settled……

“Ok for TBE price and one of the few places allowing pets for a still reasonable price. Fitness room very poor and breakfast marginal. Good location with quick access to food, shopping, etc.”

“We booked this property after the original place we were going to stay was a total disaster. We were so glad we chose this property! From the moment we walked into the lobby, all of the staff, especially Leo, were wonderful. The room was clean, the lobby was clean and the breakfast are was clean. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.”
