"We had a delay at check in because there was only one person working. She was so kind and professional when we did check in. The room was nice enough for a short stay. The breakfast attendant did not keep the breakfast full. When she did refill the milk, she let it overflow and walked out without cleaning the area. She was not friendly to anyone in the breakfast area. The tables stayed messy and the next person had to clean the area before sitting while she stood in a corner and watched. We decided to skip out on breakfast the following morning. The area was nice and quiet."

"Nice hotel for the price, right on the beach and room was huge with a balcony beach view. The pool was amazing with the lazy river feature! The elevators (only one was working) were the worst feature, they were very slow and took forever, thankfully we were on the second floor and usually just took the stairs. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The lobby was clean and had room to sit or have a drink at their little bar. Breakfast was served daily. I would stay here again."

"I was pretty skeptical about this place in the beginning. It was cheap and some of the reviews were not great. I was a little more on the uneasy side due to traveling with a 9 month old. We arrived 3 hours earlier than we expected. I called to see if we could do early check in and the lady on the phone said I should be able to check in at 3 PM. We ended up arriving at 2:45 due to being in the area so soon. The lady at the desk Sandy (maybe?) was very helpful and got us in. The room was overall clean. It could have used a good wipe down but I had no problem doing that. The hotel in general is older which is not surprising (smelled old as well). The ceiling leaked water but it could have been because it was so humid out and I have the air low. We had great housekeepers and everyone was very nice when we needed anything. They had breakfast (not a huge selection) that we took advantage of one out of the three nights we stayed. No elevators but we had a room right by the door and there was only a few steps. Would likely stay here again."
