「Pros: The staff was really kind, understanding and flexible with us needing a late check-in. They were so thoughtful that they turned on the A/C in advanced to cool off the room for us after traveling all day. The A/C was so strong it could freeze you. It was wonderful! The bathroom was upgraded and immaculately clean. A refrigerator, microwave with table and chairs to dine are available. No iron, ironing board or blow dryer. WiFi included and you're able to use your own Netflix streaming...

「Property needs some serious updates, no fan in bathroom, hard wood floors made our socks black. Trash and liter all over property. No sugar or creamer with coffee in room. Coffee pot was very dirty. Bed very old and sunken in. Descent price but not necessarily worth it. Probably won't stay again.」

「Makayla was our first interaction and she was Great!! She saw we had a couple little kids and during rm switch she got a fridge and microwave due to new rm not having them She should be your standard of excellence in your hospitality Dept.If you are paying attention you should make her the manager of the front deck staff.The other desk staff after her has no clue about how to make guests feel welcomed. The 2 who followed her without saying names are why folks will not want to stay...

「The building is clean, the staff were friendly, and the air conditioning worked. The bed was a little too hard to be really comfortable, but most motel/hotel beds are.」

「Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!」
