“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The bathtub was clogged up with a lot of hair in it. We had to clean it out in order to shower. Breakfast was good and coffee was fresh daily ”

“The check in lady was very pleasant and great and the property in all was very well maintained. My wife made the reservation on line after I called her to find me a place with a pool. The outside pool area was really cool but closed for the season. Water filter was still on and it really was 85 degrees out. Why close a pool in Oklahoma after Labor day and having it so inviting for another week? Only outdoor pools up north close at Labor day. Still great place, Great rooms etc. ”

“The staff was amazing when they found out I was disabled they gave us a handicap room instead which made my stay so much easier beings I had forgotten to put it in y booking that I was disabled!! They are working hard to get this motel fixed back up & I can't wait to see how it all turns out!! ”
