At the price one pays at this hotel, there is no such thing as a "basic" room. Don't turn the hotel industry into an airline where one pays for every single thing."

"The room looked clean, but unfortunately it did not smell fresh. There was a noticeable odor, like dust and something stored away for a long time, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. With better ventilation or a deeper cleaning, the experience could have been much better."
