Seit vielen Jahren haben wir zusammen mit insgesamt 24 Freunden dieses Haus gebucht. Bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt im März 2025 kam es dazu, dass der Fuß eines Sofas bei uns kaputt ging. Dies haben wir dem Verwalter-Paar bei Abreise mitgeteilt. Wir haben uns gewundert, als wir nach über einer Woche nichts mehr bezüglich unserer Kaution (620 Euro) gehört hatten und haben bei den Verwaltern nachgehakt. Diese verwiesen uns an den Eigentümer des Hauses. Es hieß, es wären noch weitere Schäden gewesen (die wir aber nicht verursacht hatten!) und dass die Rückzahlung der Kaution sehr unwahrscheinlich sei und dass wir dieses Haus nie wieder buchen dürfen. Wir haben uns bei Belvilla gemeldet, damit sie sich der Sache annehmen können. Nun geht der Konflikt schon so viele Wochen. Heute bekamen wir eine E-Mail, dass der Hauseigentümer nun behaupten würde, wir hätten vor Ort gar keine Kaution bezahlt. Alles Lügen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und richtig wütend!! Wie gesagt, jahrelang haben wir dieses Haus mehrere Male gebucht. Nie gab es Probleme. Und jetzt sollen wir für Schäden aufkommen, die wir gar nicht verursacht haben: Ein defektes Teil an der Kaffeemaschine, welche wir gar nicht benutzt haben, eine kaputte Fliese auf der Terrasse von einem Sonnenschirm (den Sonnenschirm haben wir ebenfalls gar nicht genutzt an dem Wochenende) und ein Schlauch am Whirlpool (was wir ebenfalls nicht kaputt gemacht haben). Bucht dieses Haus nicht! Der Eigentümer scheint auf Kosten der Mieter Geld für die dringend notwendige Modernisierung zusammen bekommen zu wollen!

De kinderen waren dol op de speeltoestellen in de tuin en we hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt met de pingpongtafel in onze vrije tijd. De gastheren waren erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een geweldige plek voor een groep die even wil ontsnappen aan de drukte!

Das Haus ist toll. Die Einrichtung ist eine schöne Mischung als stilvollen alten Möbeln und passenden neuen Accessoires. Die drei großen Aufenthsltsräume sind gerade bei großen Gruppen super, um den verschiedenen Ansprüchen nach Ruhe und Unterhaltung gerecht zu werden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit der Industrie-Spülmaschine ist schnell wieder klar-Schiff gemacht. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Tal und trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn ist es recht ruhig. Der Sauna-Bereich ist mit Hilfe von Beleuchtung und hochwertigen, sanitären Einrichtungen aufgewertet. (Er liegt im Keller.) Wir hatten ein super Woche. Die Hausverwalter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und sprechen ein sehr klares französisch, so dass wir auch mit unserem Schulfranzösisch ihren Erklärungen gut folgen konnten.

Dieses Schloss Villa ist wirklich toll zu bleiben in. Schön und schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Genug Toiletten und Duschen für große Gruppen. Die Leute, die erhalten sprechen nur Französisch, was weniger bequem ist, aber wir sind gut uitgekomen.We waren überrascht, weil der Spot auch für einige Brennholz für den Kamin vorhanden war, weil wir schon selbst angeordnet hatte. So geht davon aus, dass es etwa 2-3 Boxen bereit. Die Sauna ist war schnell heiß und lecker. Und wie schön Sie aus dem Garten wie die Wege in den Wald laufen. Ein weiteres großes Plus die professionelle Spülmaschine war, die innerhalb von vier Minuten fertig ist, super gut, wenn Sie mit als „einer großen Gruppe sind ich bent.Toen die Administratoren per SMS informiert hatte, dass wir in ein paar Minuten verlassen würde, waren sie im Haus plötzlich alle die Prüfung durchzuführen. Ohne auch nur zu sagen, hallo, ich dachte, das war verrückt.
