「We came to Cocoa Beach from Daytona & was completely impressed with this quiet little place. It was cute, modern & clean. It had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were fantastic & very helpful with questions about restaurants & surroundings, as were Coastal Beach agents. We will stay again & recommend to others.」

「Wonderfully charming place!! And just as pics show. Perfect locale - super walkable to all things. Our dog was also a guest and had his first ever walk on the beach and paws in the ocean (bucket list item-check!) Host was super responsive and the place has everything you could possibly want/ need. We tried to contact the number provided in the folder, inside of the room and no one responded. I called Expedia and they were not able to help me either, if you are hosting at your property, you are expected to answer your phone or respond in any way possible, we were completely ignored, I have all the proof about txt, email and phone call that I made with no...

「Fantastic!!! This is a gem of a little property, doesn't look like much outside and right next to busy road, but... Honestly, very clean, very easy checking in, bed wonderful. I'd recommend this place for sure, in fact, I'm pretty sure I'll be back someday, all the way from Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. Came for Artemis 2 launch which sadly didn't happen but all was great!」

「Perfect size and accommodations for us. In the future I would consider a downstairs option so we could rent and store bikes. We were pleased with the property and the neighborhood, close to the Pier, Sand Bar and Port. We love it here!」

「Great spot and such a clean room with literally everything you could need for a stay. The only thing we had trouble with was the outlets, most of them were connected to a light switch which isn’t convenient if you have a CPAP machine. 」
