「The property is set back from the beach, so the walk to and from the beach each day was longer than we expected. Our room was listed on Expedia as an "ocean view," but unfortunately, it was located on the first floor, and the overgrown foliage completely blocked any view of the ocean. 「Something happened where a guest made the sprinklers turn on above; the owner was so classy; he upgraded our room graciously. We would 100 percent recommend this place!
Furthermore:
The turtles are is season! About 60-75 days the green turtles eggs will hatch! This is the perfect place for that! We saw the tracks! This is a perfect place to get away with perfect restaurants all around. Everything is upgraded and the views where amazing!」

「Pros:
- Excellent size & layout.
- Very pretty decor.
- Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees.
- Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water.
- Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff.
- We will stay again, for sure.

- No staff on-site.
- Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center...
