"The place was clean and it is in a convenient area. I would probably stay again, but I would bring my own hangers – there aren’t any – and shampoo and conditioner. They only give you two tiny little prepackaged shampoos for two people. The same with the soap. There was one bar for both the sink and the shower. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it was over the sink and mounted too high for me to see. I am 5 foot two and all I could see was the very top of my head. I would suggest putting a mirror on the wall in a room or put a mirror on the bathroom door. "

"This property is very pet-friendly, and the process of registering our pet ahead of time was extremely easy. I called customer service twice before our trip, and each time the service was excellent. The luxury apartment was exactly as described in both the listing and the photos. When we arrived, the check-in instructions indicated there should be two mail keys and a key card for the pool. I only found one mail key, so I sent a message to the management team. They responded very quickly and let me know that I could pick up the second key if needed. Since we were only staying for a week, I did not end up needing it, but they still had it ready for me to pick up, which I appreciated. There was also a light in one of the closets that was not working. I reported it, and again they responded promptly and offered to send maintenance to fix it. Since we were only there for a short stay and weren’t using the closet, we declined, but it was great to see how quickly they were willing to address the issue. The pool area was extremely clean and very relaxing. The dog park was also well maintained, and we were very happy to have that option for our dog. Overall, the booking process was incredibly easy, and the cost was much more affordable than staying in a hotel for a week. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and have no complaints about our experience."

"Clean room, great for an overnight layover before we got on a cruise, close to Port Canaveral. Mattress was a little soft for our taste but ok. This place is great for a short stay like we did but there’s not much furniture or storage for a longer stay. Some reviews mention the train that goes by. It’s not that loud in my opinion and I barely noticed it, pretty sure it stopped running around 9pm and didn’t hear it again till after I woke up in the morning. "

"Best stay I’ve had anywhere in a long time! This is a brand new hotel that I saw being built and wanted to stay here and I was not disappointed.! Staff was friendly and rooms were brand new so of course everything is nice. I will be staying here in the future as it was also near restaurants and shopping in The Avenues."

"No hand towels or face cloths in bathroom. Couch has obvious stains and bed pillow was gross under pillow case, quite stained. Otherwise a good stay, great location."
