There is no one to check you in when you check in after 5 pm. We arrived at 8pm. The staff were rude and unhelpful. We didn’t stay there and had to rent another motel room and didn’t receive a refund even though it was not our fault. Communication is poor. The man said very ugly things to me on the phone. Do not recommend this place.

This is an older motel that’s been remodeled, so the room was fresh and clean. It is literally on the beach. The bathroom was small but functional.

It's a nice beach hotel. Amazing access to the ocean and great location. Amenities are sparse. Towels were a little rough and worn, but hey, who stays ON the beach for a nice towel? No ice machine, but they did have a deep freezer with hand-filled bags of ice. Cable options were limited. No movie channels or ESPN. Those were the negatives. It was a cool quaint little motel. Not a massive hulking hotel with tons a guests. If you are looking for a fairly priced chance to stay on the beach, without a huge crowd and don't need lots of bells and whistles, this place is great. Comfy bed, cold air, refrigerator and microwave provided all the stuff we needed. Friendly environment just far enough away from the bustle of the tourist district for some peace, but close enough to enjoy a quick trip to the gift shops, restaurants and hot spots. Solid stay at a good price. Would recommend for a beach lover who loves the surf and sand.

Loved staying here although there listing are confusing as for Water view or Beach View. Basically its on the beach and you have to walk to the beach to walk out of your room to have that view. The deck is great to watch the beach from. Would stay again.

We were looking for beach access with a great king size bed and we got soo much more! The staff was always available to help, if not in the office through text. The room was great size and the bed very comfortable. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach and want a great option with great prices Anthony’s on the beach is the way to go! We’ll be going every year now moving forward.

The room was small but nice. The bed very comfortable. The shower was great. The view was awesome. It's right on the beach. Heard the ocean in the room. The beach was clean and practically private. Has wooden swings on the beach. I'm going back again next month.

Room wasn’t clean, bed spread dirty, tv works only on WiFi, to get clean towels you had to track someone down, if you had any issues you called a number which no one answered but voicemail. It’s just not the kind of place I would want to ever stay in again.

It was a different experience but a wonderful one. It is a small privately run Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean the rooms were. The outside area is in the middle of being remodeled but it was very convenient to walk down to the beach. We had a full kitchen in the room so once we checked in, we never left. We will definitely be back!

Room was ready when we arrived. But the door jam was broken so it wouldn’t latch to lock without using the key. So every time we left the room, we would have to lock the door using a physical key. It would be nice for that to be updated. The beach access was wonderful and so convenient. There were chairs and other beach accessories available for use. Some were broken and things could be repaired there. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would recommend for the beach access alone! Very quiet area as well
