We really enjoyed our stay, excellent location. The room was a bit basic but it was clean and had everything we needed, the the access to the beach was fabulous along with the roof terrace. It was a super vase for out 2 days in Cocoa Beach :-)

La chambre etait propre, le personnel courtois et l’emplacement est vraiment située sur la plage ce qui est vraiment merveilleux. Seul point negatif est qu’on entend les vehicules circuler sur la route mais ca ne nous a pas vraiment derangés

This had everything I wanted and needed - the walk out right to the beach was perfect and it was in a slightly more secluded area. Rooms were basic but nice, I appreciated the nicer shower. The check in and out process was super easy.

We stayed in Room 114 and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. There were also live roaches on the floor — we saw four during our short stay. Due to cleanliness concerns, we left after 1.5 hours. Management never responded to our questions, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.
Roaches are everywhere.

We had a little getaway .This is a sweet gem at Cocoa Beach . The room was clean , with everything we needed . The beach was just out our door . The two swings on the were a wonderful experience. It felt like our own little beach house and private beach . We will definitely be back.

The room was old and smelled musty. The shower and bathroom floor were dirty. It was old and the pictures on the walls were posters stuck up with thumb tacks. The door had gaps all around it. The door lock would only work with the key not the code and it was so rusty it was hard to turn. It's really gotten run down. We stayed here a few years ago and its really gotten old.

Good location right on beach. Easy parking. Room was clean. Coffee in room limited on day 2 and ice in outside cooler mixed in with someone’s carton of beer, wouldn’t put in a drink. Lights on walkway to beach broken along with some chairs. Maintenance needs to be improved. Price a bit high for what you get.

No hot water. The on demand water heater unit under sink appeared broken. Texted contact # in morning at 8:30 AM but got no response and nobody was in the office until 10 AM. Found a maid around then, who offered another room to access, but with less than an hour until check out it was already too late.

We did not interact with a single human staffer for our entire two-day stay. A few issues were found with the suite - toilet keeps running (and you can hear it), oven doesn’t work. The room was otherwise decent. Great bedding. Good price. The balcony is a nice place to go see the beach at night, and all the outdoor portions seem to be in the process of being upgraded. I wouldn’t say it’s nice and I wouldn’t say it’s in disrepair either. It feels like a restoration project in progress. A comfy stay for anyone looking for good value.

This is a terrible property. Old fashioned motor lodge from the time we checked in, the lobby was dirty, room was dirty. It’s at the far end of the strip so it’s not close to anything! Room was super small and had pictures with no frames that covered holes in the wall. Faucet was very loose at the sink and old chaulking around the shower. We had to wear socks in bed cause the floors were so dirty.. never again

Room was clean but in need of repairs. Faucet wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced, lens covering the light by bed was broken, door was difficult to open and close, difficulty operating remote for the fan so just ened up shutting it off at the wall switch.

First, we got to the hotel and there was no parking for us, so we had to park overnight in front of a sign that says "No Parking Anytime". That was fun taking a random chance at our car getting towed. Second, we opened the door and there was a key and a latch lock that worked up top, but the door knob didn't shut and seal the door at all. The door would just swing open if it wasn't locked. Didn't feel secure at all. Third, in the shower was a dirty rag that was used from the last guests. Fourth, we had a dead cockroach next to our air conditioner in the morning. Luckily we didn't find it before and wonder if we were going to get crawled on. Lastly, when I booked this, I had no idea this was a motel. It does have a picture with the sign, and it does say "motel" on it so that is on me. However, there is nothing in the name on the listing that says Motel at all. Will not be coming back as there are much better options down the road.
