“The staff was great. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. The view from our deck was absolutely beautiful. Great sunsets over St John every evening. I felt bad for how much we had to contact the property manager, but we had quite a few reoccurring issues. “Great stay. Staff were consistently friendly & professional. Governors Suite room was spacious, well-kept & very comfortable for a weeks’ stay. Five restaurant options provided plenty of choices. Good to very good food overall although I wish they had more bowls with veggie & protein options beyond salads. Decent gym. Easy to reach from the EIS airport & ferry service was prompt & convenient. Overall very nice facilities & we will consider returning next year. ”
