“Absolutely perfect in every way. We pulled up to our parking spot directly in front of the property which made unpacking a breeze. In front there’s an outdoor sitting area (with shade) Both the screen door & front door have a coded entry which made me feel extra safe. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted with a real nice clean scent that wasn’t too overwhelming, but also noticeably pleasant. The living room was also beautifully decorated w/ a nice large couch, coffee table, ceiling fan, & a……

“First time to Reno and staying at the penthouse really brought it all together with incredible views of the city and surrounding foothills. Great location as well, minutes walk to all amenities. Don't forget to check out roof top for bonus views”

“Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here for a little over a week. Michelle is awesome and communicates fast and makes sure all needs are met. We are from Reno so we knew this wasn’t the best neighborhood but it worked out for us , as it was close to family we were visiting and as soon as you walk into the condo you feel safe and secure. The big tvs in each room along with an AC in every room was awesome . We definetly felt home and will stay here again in the future ! ”

“This property is really nice and cute. It was clean, updated and the perfect size for me and my daughter. Cute living room with 2 couches, full kitchen and a big king bed in the bedroom. Had an issue with the door code but host was available on the first call to help and resolve the issue. ”

“The condo was lovely. Wonderful layout and exceptional views. The cupboards were stocked with plenty of kitchen basics, pots and pans etc that we needed to start our vacation. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay in Reno/Sparks.”

“Cute little place. Poor parking for bigger vehicle, area aroubd property looking run down, vehicles on blocks, hallwalls of property had musty old wood smell. ”

“The host was proactive in communicating with us. The condo was in a good location with a grocery store, and some other shops, within walking distance. It was very clean and equipped with a pod coffee maker with a great variety of flavor choices, a countertop ice machine, and a sweet little fenced in patio with four chairs and a table, to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. There was also a grill in the patio area but we didn’t use that. We thought was a great value and would absolutely stay……

“I’m only giving this a 3 star because there were numerous cleanliness problems: used qtip on the bathroom floor, towels that looked soiled by glue, outdoor fridge filled with mold, dust bunnies and dead plant leaves on the floor. Otherwise the place was beautiful. And the records with the record player was a bonus too. If you want to stay in downtown Reno, this place is great. I’d stay again if it was cleaner, and I’m hoping this was just a glitch.”
