「I understood that the hotel was being remodeled. The room we stayed in was worn; that’s ok. There was no excuse for the condition of the room—pretzels on the floor in the main room and dirt and hair on the floor in the bathroom. We will not stay here again.」

「The room was clean, however a little rundown. The shower curtain rod had paint chipping off into the shower, the TV did not work and the heat was turned off when we got there. It was listed as a family owned hotel, so I could overlook these items as we weren’t there long as was in town visiting for Christmas.
