She was consistently attentive, especially when it came to linens and towels, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Her helpfulness and proactive approach were truly appreciated. You’re fortunate to have such a dedicated and thoughtful team member.」

「Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up...

「I loved my room, water pressure and bed comfort. I would have liked to have a sitting space to chill at night (it's cooler to sit out at night and enjoy the breeze in Texas) Restaurant on-site would also be convenient. But overall location great to good food. Meggs Cafe around the corner and others. Thanks for a great stay. Oh and the ice machine was down on the first floor (need to put an out of order sign on it). 」
