We spent 6 days 5 nights over a long Memorial Day weekend. 3 couples. The house was clean and very comfortable.
We brought a boat and was able to launch it at Flat Hollow, Marina, and store the boat trailer at the marina as well. It was nice having the dock right in front of the house. We had to split up so that when we brought the boat over, we knew which house to go to. One of our friends stood on the dock while another friend drove the boat over.
We cooked all our meals at the house and used a brand new grill that was provided. There was an ice machine in the pantry that came in handy. We brought all our own food including paper towels, cutlery, and paper plates. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with pots and pans.
I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. if you’re going to be there more than a couple days.
Because this is an A-frame, the steps up to the master bedroom and downstairs were pretty steep.
There is no live TV, but there is Wi-Fi so bring your own personal streaming stick to watch movies. They had plenty of games to choose from for game night.
There is no place to have a campfire.
There was a washer and dryer available as well in the half bathroom downstairs.
