“The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. ”

“Great stay”

“I would not suggest this property at all, due to the property managers and the poor thought out features in the place. We had issues with the blinds to begin and appliances were also dirty and not cleaned properly. Then reported a flood on the second night. I was told they would attend to it first thing in the morning. I had to call at 9 AM and still no-one to help as the water level rose and the smell was awful. “Was hard to take a shower bc didn’t work in one bathroom and the master bedroom one was 2 different temps from 2 different shower heads. Sink drain was backing up as well. Also, dish washer was so dirty, could not use cleaned dishes bc of the dishwasher condition.”

“Everything was great! Host was very responsive!”

“Although we were only able to one out of the two nights due to personal issues, it was great. We I did a little staycation and everything was as pictured. It is a little bit difficult to find but it wasn’t a major ordeal.”

“The host was amazing and attentive. The tent we got was beautiful. The views were great and I highly recommend. It was the best birthday getaway.”

“Amazing property, just very HOT during the day. Its to be excpected though being in TX! We will definitely stay there again, just in the cooler months. ”

“Awesome amenities clear instructions and welcome in environment. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely do it again”

“This property was absolutely amazing. Communication from the host was also really good. It is one of the coolest properties I have ever been to. The set up was perfect for our group and I look forward to booking again.”

“The property was exactly as it was listed. We booked it for a bachelorette party and it truly exceeded all expectations of cleanliness and comfort. It was located in a safe part of town and had everything we needed and then some! Grocery stores/coffee shops were within walking distance and downtown was only about a 10 minute drive. Communication with the property owner throughout the time was impeccable. Overall, cannot recommend this property enough! Will definitely stay here again next time……
