「Staff was friendly. Allowed us to get a parking pass early and use shuttle to have lunch at Casino before checking in. Shuttle was a definite plus. But ends at 11pm. The breakfast was average high carb, sugary food you find at these hotels. For as much as we spent for one night the options should have been more. We opted to eat at The Best Cafe about a mile away. 」

The staff are friendly, and the location is perfect - not too far from Bathhouse row and just a short drive to downtown and all the main attractions. 」

「Everything was clean. My only complaint was stuff in bathroom falling apart and no conditioner in the pump in shower.」

「Right across from Oaklawn. Felt very secure and good breakfast is included. We have stayed here several times for our annual trip to the horse races and this is the place we prefer. We'll be back next year!」

「Place is nice, but it wasn’t super clean. Cutlery wasn’t clean and the kitchen felt like they didn’t expect people to use it. Hobs didn’t work properly. Most importantly, we couldn’t get the internet to work. They tried different options and were accommodating but in the end we just gave up. 」
