"Due to the high calibre of equipment at the lodge i was surprised to find no towels (didnt expect any for hot tub use), but i managed to get Nicks number and he kindly got his housekeeper to rectify. I dont recall seeing in small print that towels were not provided? But he acted quickly to help. ..."
