"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"A great centrally appointed apartment 5 mins walk from Bergamo train station but still in a quiet street with no noise . Very comfortable apartment with the opportunity to use the corner of the lounge as a 2nd sleeping area with a very good sofa bed . Very clean with all requirements needed for a few days stay . Host was very nice "
