The Crimson Jasper

"When we first got into our room it was set to 68 with the ac on. It was cold! Then we went to make coffee and the Keurig leaked all the water out. We went to the front desk and they said the maintenance person would be back at xx time. About 40 min after that time we went downstairs to the hot tub and the staff forgot about our request. Got back to the room, they left the old Keurig plugged in and left the replacement one on the desk. The new machine didn’t work either, not sure if a plug issue or not. Even with the heat turned on the ac was still going. "

"Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. They even called to see if we needed anything which never happened before. Since the building was going through renovations none of the amenities were available but they were clear about it from the beginning. Cant wait to go back when they’re at 100%. "

"We were anxious to explore the beauty of Jasper after the devastating 2024 fires.Some of the resort amenities were still being repaired but the staff more than made up with that with their devotion to customer service.Thanks as well for the upgrade! My Grand Daughters will forever remember their March break."
