"Beautiful hotel"

"The house was perfect for our needs. Decorated with a Christmas tree was a great ambiance. beds were great and amenities provided by the host were upscale. we had 8 single people and thought this house had 8 beds, we managed sharing the King bed. Stair banister to second floor was loose and is a hazard, We just used the one staircase so didn't become an issue. Getting off the highway and driving to the house was a bit sketchy but no problems were encountered. Overall an excellent stay for us!"

"Room was clean upon arrival. Only issue was there was only 1 coffee cup for coffee."

"The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. "

"My friend and I had a great stay for a night. She left her silky, blue pillow there and the front desk said they couldn't get it but had a website for her to try and find it. We spent hours trying to see if we could get it back to no avail. She lives in KC and was hoping to drive back and get it."
