"We booked accommodation for 4 adults for a trip to Cornwall. It was very well located for the Eden project, not far from the main road, spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped for a home from home feel. However a car is a necessity and it’s not even feasible to go for a run/ walk from the property as it is surrounded by narrow single track roads"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The only downside was the condition of the tennis courts. We specifically looked for a hotel with a tennis court and the photos on the website looked great. Unfortunately the courts seem to have been neglected. Only one had a net and the surface was really not safe to play on. I think the misleading photos need removing from the website, or the courts need attention. Other than that we had a great stay. The gym and pool areas are great."

"Delightful cabin stay. Easy booking. Clear communication including a very detailed instruction given our late check-in (nice additional touch leaving a lamp on in the cabin to help our arrival). Excellent fit and finish throughout including the separate toilet and shower block. Convenient Spar opposite and a lovely walk to Par beach via the local coffee shop. Had the opportunity to meet the owner on check-out who was also lovely. Highly recommended"

"This place is really well equipped and clean, it has everything you need and more. Claire was very kind and welcoming. We loved how it’s dog friendly, you can use their beautiful garden to relax and let out your dog. It’s also very close to a nature reserve with a lake and a pretty walk through woods and meadows. Only a 10 minute walk to the local co-op and 15/20 mins walk to the beach. They also have parking for 2 cars if needed. Would happily stay again. Thank you Claire "
