The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open."

"I highly recommended this beautiful cottage. Its a unique old building which has been sympathetically modernised to a high standard. There is plenty of parking which is a rarity in Charlestown and it is set in beautiful, well maintained gardens. This hidden gem in the heart of Charlestown is only a stones throw from the historic harbour, beach, cliff walks and numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. Contact with the host was excellent. "
