"Had a wonderful break at Hotel Park. Room very comfortable. Hotel is beautifully kept. Staff friendly. The reception team and manager Mark, excellent. The hotel recommended restaurants every night. All were delicious. The pool was closed, this was frustrating as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There had been a storm prior to our arrival and this was why it was empty. We understand these things can’t be helped but our son was disappointed. Mark responded well to our complaint, he is very professional and a great asset to the hotel alongside Molvic on reception whose personal touch and interest was a welcome interaction. "
