Shilo Inn Spokane hotels

"No bathtub in our room, even though that’s what the room pictures showed. Mold growing on ceiling in bathroom. Headboard was full of holes over one of the beds. Breakfast vouchers were for only two people even though we had three people with us. Had to ask front desk for a hair dryer. Staff was great. Hotel itself, not so much. Would not stay here again. Room # 263 if you want to verify. "

"Parking was terrible. Room floor was dirty. Bathrooms didn’t have working fans. Overall not great. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The property was conveniently located for walks around the river and downtown. I wasn't sure about the bed...it seemed too soft when sitting on it but I had a great night's sleep so it was just fine. The property was well kept...except for some trash around the building. I Would stay here again. "

"Love the evening social hour, free drink and free breakfast. Love there is no charge for parking and they still have microwaves in the rooms with no added cost. Our second time staying here and would choose it again when we visit Spokane. "

"The entire stay was extremely easy! Our valet (James) was such a sweetheart and went above and beyond to make sure our car was taken care of and we were comfortable. "

"The Steam Plant Hotel is a good place to stay. However, the breakfast didn't meet me expectations of what a 'breakfast included' should be. It wasn't in the hotel. It was down the street in a restaurant. You got to pick a limited number of items from the menu for free, or get a discount off the rest of the breakfast menu. What was really disappointing was that they charged you for coffee! If you walked back to the hotel, you could get coffee for free at the snack room."
