Light and spacious single-family home. Ready to Rent September 1st, 2025. Safe family friendly neighborhood. There is a park with tennis courts and playground nearby. This home has a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, and a fenced backyard with beautiful trees for privacy, a patio area, garden space and sprinkler system. It has gas heat and A/C. The garage is 2 car and is automatic. Public schools are nearby and have bus service. A must see.

Renter is responsible for utilities and yard maintenance. $500 deposit for each pet if approved. 1 year minimum lease. Rent: $3000 a month. First month plus deposit due at signing. No smoking.
