Nice little getaway

The location was easy for us to get to and located near many stores and restaurants. My family all enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place...

Wonderful property and the pool was a hit! Great space for multiple people to stay with enough space to really spread out. Pool, screened porch, gaming area, upstairs... perfect.

Awesome place. Appliances are all new and the pool was heated to our needs.

Arrived from Calgary, Alberta with my wife and Baron our standard poodle. The area is ideal for shopping and close to downtown river front. People were very friendly and our stay was exceptional. Thank-you Jordan

Fantastic Property!

We stayed with 2 families of 5 (6 teenagers). The property exceeded our expectations in every way. There was ample space, linens and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need ( even the cupboards were labelled to help you find things). The spaces are all lovely and comfortable, and the pool and pool table kept the kids entertained. We highly recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the area.

We had a great time staying, we really how clean and nice the house was as well as it's location in Spokane. The indoor pool was fantastic as well-- it's pretty awesome playing basketball in the pool with fellow guests!

Perfect multigenerational family retreat

3 generations of family under one perfect roof! The pool house was an excellent home base for our trip to Spokane. Great location and fantastic amenities.

We stayed 4 days at this place and everything was just amazing! The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. It was spacious with plenty of leisure activities: pool table, ping pong table, plenty of toys for kids, and the best part was the indoor pool. We did not even have time to go outside except to buy some groceries. The hosts Jordan and Tirza were amazing at responding to our emails and texts. They were very understanding, supportive and professional. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Spokane. You will never regret it! Thank you again Jordan and Tirza for making our stay memorable. Lyes

What they all should be like.

Unfortunately, we've stayed in enough rentals by now that we know the shortcuts many renters take. We are pleased to share that none of them were taken here. We appreciated table ware, and a table large enough to hold everyone staying at the house (which is not always the case). But everything was thoughtful, from the high quality coffee maker, to the labeled cabinets and drawers, to the plethora of pool towels, toys and games. That is of course beyond the basics, of which none were overlooked. Thank you for your thoughtful approach, and attention to the details that made the stay so pleasant.

The living, dining and kitchen area make for a great entertaining area. 11 adults had plenty of room it was a great time of team building. I wish I had more time to spend there...

Incredible home

My family and our group of friends had a great week here. The house is FULLY stocked, the owner was awesome and the pool of course was fantastic. Its located in very nice neighborhood too. We look forward to coming back

Very clean, homey environment

The pool house was pleasantly comfortable and cozy. Our group consisted of 8 adults, and 8 children. We were very pleased with the size of the home; it accommodated our large group very well. We enjoyed the amenities (pool, pool table, back yard patio and grill). Nice spacious kitchen, fully stocked and equipped. We were able to cook and eat our meals as a group comfortably. Thank you for the pleasant stay...it was definitely a five star experience!

Very lovely property

Jordan was so wonderful to deal with. She went out of her way to provide extra items for our stay. Her home is beautiful- spacious and well appointed. Absolutely perfect for a group of family and friends. Lots of activities for all ages. Thank you Jordan - we hope to be back!

This house was one of the best equipped homes I’ve ever been to!! We had everything we needed. We also had instant communication with the owner when we needed it. If you’re on the fence, it’s definitely worth it.
