"First impressions count and I was met at reception by Cailin (sorry if I butchered the spelling) and she was excellent. Bright, funny and friendly but most of all really helpful and got us checked in a little early and even helped us find rooms better suited to where we were parked. If all hotels were reviewed based on the staff it’s a 10/10. Other than that everything else was good. Nice big clean room. A nice all round hotel. My only real criticism was the WiFi. I was travelling for work and could barely even open an email. If they fixed that then it would be great."

"Andrew was AMAZING! So nice and friendly! Definitely made the best of the stay. I called and noone answered and he called me back! Made sure we had everything we needed for the stay and even gave us a later checkout. Thanks Andrew for going above and beyond and taking pride in your job! "
