"We had two rooms. Room A: was dirty, missing a pillowcase, shower so gross we didn’t use, and way too hot despite using the heat/cool system. Room B stank strongly of cat urine and we couldn’t get it warm even though heater set to 80. Will not say here again. "

"One of the worst hotel experiences. We stayed two nights Friday night and Saturday night, but we’re told there was no refund available for Saturday night. So without accommodations we had to stay. On Friday there were many people, including the staff that were sitting in the lobby, drinking and being very loud past 11 at night. We asked for extra pillows because the two that we had were very flat we were told that there were no extra pillows in the hotel. We asked the staff not to clean our room. They did anyway, and move stuff in our room. The staff was incredibly unprofessional. There were people trying to train their dogs in the hallway at midnight and people letting their children run up and down the hallway up till 11 we asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes. We travel with two dogs and we like to stay at motel six because they offer pets free of stay. But I would gladly pay the extra for better sleep. I cannot recommend the Spokane Valley Motel six at all."
