"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Boulevard and would highly recommend it. The room was spotless—honestly one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in at the Jersey Shore. It was inviting, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with a microwave, a larger refrigerator, and a convenient pull-out table that made meals and snacks easy. Our room faced the boulevard, so there was some street noise during the day and early morning, but it never disturbed our sleep and certainly wouldn't stop us from staying here again. The heated pool was the perfect size and temperature, and we really appreciated the filtered water station and ice machine just outside the pool area. We were also pleasantly surprised by the rooftop lounge and the cozy indoor pool room, which gave us even more places to relax. What stood out most was that there was simply nothing annoying about our stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive, and the entire property felt intentionally designed for comfort and relaxation. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit."

"Overall the house is great if you’re out and about at the beach and around town. It definitely could use some TLC and the vents cleaned, but for the price in the area it is on the more affordable end. It’s clean and the hosts are very communicative."

"The house was very much as pictured in the photos. The layout was perfect and the location of the house itself is unbeatable!! We had a small issue with the door, not locking on the slider and they immediately sent someone over to fix it. If I had to make a criticism , I have rented a lot of homes. I know this is a new trend and not particularly just this house but bringing your own sheets and towels and then charging 1000 cleanup fee when no one is washing sheets and remaking beds seems a little crazy to me. There were very few forks (5 for a house this size?) and only big spoons . Two of the kitchen cabinets did not have handles and had electrical tape that you used to pull the cabinets open , the cutlery , pots and pans, and things of that nature were all over the place. There was no real organization and when you’re staying in a house for a week and cooking, for me at least, those kinds of things make a difference. I know these types of things might seem nitpicky and they’re not at all things that ruined our week by any means! It’s a phenomenal location and a great house with a beautiful yard, but maybe types things someone would like to know beforehand."
