"I couldn’t be happier with this little cottage. From the moment you enter, you feel right at home. Everything is exceptionally clean and the cottage is well stocked with essentials. The dock is a very short walk away and a great place to sit and enjoy the breeze and views. We didn’t have much luck fishing but we sure tried!"

"Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay."

"Perfectly clean and comfortable but no privacy. Pet friendly but neighbor allowed their dog to come to fenced yard at all hours which made my 1 dog bark. Not sure if neighbor was owner. Great fenced yard but as I stated, no privacy. Homes close by even in backyard. Fine for families who want to visit from out of town visiting Busch Gardens/Water Country and CW as backyard is entertaining and home is affordable. Just not what we were looking for. "Beautiful old manor house in an awesome location. Our family enjoyed their visit and the grounds were great for walking and enjoying nature. Only a 6 minute walk from the house to the beach/James River and well worth it!"
