"Terrible stay in this place while I was visiting my hometown for my mother's funeral. Huge rip in the couch pillow. No "body wash" or soap provided. Body wash and shampoo are identical despite their claims to the contrary. No answer for 15 minutes calling the front desk and when they do finally answer they have attitude and tell you they cannot bring what you need since there is no one else there (hard to believe). Hot paper cups for coffee that leak. And when I asked for more coffee for the room the front desk guy had NO IDEA what I needed (plastic filter holder) and insisted I have to put the coffee pouch in the cup instead - I had to argue and insist that he had to find the proper piece so that I could have coffee. The wrong room number on the room phone so when you do call the front desk and they are available they bring the item to the wrong room and then blame you for not answering your door. Internet goes out for HOURS and they blame the storm from the night before (ridiculous). They don't know how to fix the large screen in the lobby to show the actual current weather and time/date or they don't care to - it's been that way for weeks as I stayed there also a few weeks ago. Gross incompetence on all levels there with a complete disregard for the community they are doing business in."
