Three cozy bedrooms are smartly spaced across the 2 levels for privacy as needed. The bright and airy main en-suite king bedroom is upstairs featuring a gas fireplace and balcony overlooking the lake - a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or after dinner drinks. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and closet for tucking away travel items. A private workspace is ideal for those working remotely. Two additional bedrooms and a full bath with walk-in shower are located on the first level.
Downstairs also includes a roomy chef's kitchen with a large island, open dining area, a spacious family room with soaring ceilings, gas fireplace, and large screen TV, and a full laundry room. A small balcony is located off the family room overlooking the marina and lake.

The unit sleeps 6. All bed and bath linens are provided.

EATING

Parking is provided for one car. Guests are responsible for finding parking for any additional vehicles.
THE LOCATION
Enjoy the fun of Grand Haven without the hustle and bustle of staying downtown. View Pointe is in the quaint Village of Spring Lake, a wonderful place to explore just a five-minute drive across the Grand Haven Drawbridge. Bring your bikes and take an exhilaratingly scenic ride around Spring Lake on the bike path that runs right behind the Lake Pointe condos. Head into Grand Haven for shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, charter fishing, walks along the Boardwalk, and of course the beautiful white-sand beaches. Bringing your boat? Reserve transient mooring at one of the surrounding marinas and have your boat available for cruising right into Grand Haven to avoid searching for a parking spot!

- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.

- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.
