We were told it was the door with the tree, however the tree was next to the main house door. The side patio, albeit private, was completely unusable. Was told by the occupants that they had extended their stay and showed us the text. Spent 1 hour on the phone with the host to which he stated our reservation showed “pending”. We then proceeded to a nearby hotel.」
