「Breakfast was very good. The room was spacious. 」

「The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. I have asthma and upon entering our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I explained the issue to the manager, as I would become very sick and likely have an asthma attack. She was able to switch us to a new room quickly and on the same floor as my mom, and checked it later to make sure everything was all right with the new room. I generally don't like complaining at hotel or restaurants and was grateful...

No bugs or anything. The tub was dirty asf. Just no. Management please deep clean these rooms. The building itself has potential. It’s just not being cleaned properly.」

「Check in was ok. Room has had a mild makeover. Bathroom door had been damaged. When closing made awful creaking noise. Original 60 year old bathroom. Filthy plastic cart with soap and shampoo on it. This place will be my 1st and last trip. 」
