“Property was nice and spacious. Just what we needed after a long day at the ballfield. Had a situation occur in the middle of the night, and Eli was quick to respond and address the situation. Will definitely keep this place in mind if we come back to Dayton for another tournament. ”

“The experience was wonderful! It had a home away from home feeling. Very welcoming and cozy. The decor is right out of a catalog. Never spoke to the hosts in person but they made themselves available to us, if there was anything we needed through texts and emails. Had a great time and will do it again! They have a beautiful place, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but just a short distance away in any direction, there was plenty to do, lots of choices. Kings island, flea market,……

“We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas. It is really quiet. I needed to prep and get some baking done in the morning for brunch. I had plenty of room and everything I needed. The place is nicely decorated and comfortable. Definitely a great choice for us while visiting family.”

“Had a lovely overnight stay. Apartment was clean and check in/check out was easy and straightforward. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the insulation between apartments wasn’t great so we heard our neighbors all night, the bed was hard for my liking so sleep was difficult, and the hot water in the shower ran out after 5 minutes. But other than that the place was lovely.”

“Adorable home, comfortable, well decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked, with pods and coffee for the Keurig, and even a few snacks. The fenced back yard is great and perfect for our puppy. We would stay again!”
