The staff was amazingly friendly, and the location is perfect. Close to all amenities needed for a morning walk, breakfast and a coffee run (walk). Minutes away with a quick drive to the park! Will most definitely return here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which made everything easy. The location is excellent—Springdale sits right at the entrance to Zion National Park, and the hotel is also close to shopping and lots of great food options. Breakfast was offered to-go and had limited choices, but there are plenty of nearby places to eat, so it wasn’t an issue. Laundry services are available We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting the area.

This property is just a few minutes from Zion National Park, with beautiful mountain views right outside the hotel. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean, although the air didn’t smell very fresh. They offer a convenient grab-and-go breakfast, although we did not like much. Overall, for the price we paid, it was a decent place to stay.

We had a short one night stay. The area is beautiful. The hotel is clean and beds were comfortable. Nowhere on their site do they post that they have laundry facilities nor did employees tell us about it. Only upon leaving the next morning did I just happen to walk by a laundry room. We really needed to do laundry and it would have been a godsend to be informed about it. The lady checking us in was over the top nice, like to where it's fake and sort of embarrassing. The whole thing was uncomfortable and she made me check in in front of two different men who were just standing there milling about. I wasn't comfortable doing that. She told me they had breakfast in the morning and to "just come in here and whoever's working will run in the back and grab it for you." Uh, no thanks. Frankly, that sounds weird AF and somewhat creepy so we skipped whatever they had going on for breakfast. Dine at your own risk. The guy who was working when I checked out was not mean, not nice, just blah. He couldn't have cared less, about anything. The biggest issue for me is the hotel not taking cash. I've not been to a hotel that wouldn't let me pay for my room in cash and that "already charged my card" before even checking out. I can understand putting a hold on for incidentals but I absolutely despise this cashless crap and NEVER would have given them business had I known this. While grateful for the room and a night's sleep, I would definitely not stay here again.
