I decent value for a short stay. A lot of renovations going on. My first room had been occupied after cleaning because the covers and pillows were in disarray. Plus there were empty snack bags on the bed, an empty pop bottle and litter in the floor. I was told I had to move to a different room.

The hot breakfast was wonderful as always but this time my toilet seat was broke, the bathtub was so slick I couldn't stand up in the shower. The coffee pot plug wouldn't reach any of the outlets I had to put the up on a chair in order to plug in the coffee pot.

Being in a crisis and needing a room just for a night. I was refused a room after waiting from 11am on a thursday to 3 pm for availability. Only to give my ID card to the lady behind the desk to be told they arent supposed to rent out to local people. I though cash talks but my money was no good here. Dont really know what els to say but i needed help hadthe money to pay for what i thought they were advertising but apparently not. Hope that itnever happens to them when they need help.

We needed a bed for a one night stopover. This property met that need just fine. The property is going through a remodel, so it wasn't real clean or organized.. but they are trying. The room itself was very clean, although a, little dated. Front dest staff was courteous and helpful, even with a difficult sign in (thanks expedia.... Not). For the price, it did fine.

My room was non smoking, but you could not tell. I walked in to dirty walls, dirty beds and mismatched curtains. The bathroom was clean, but old. The staff was pleasant. I did not eat breakfast.

This was terrible! We will never stay here again. Lobby looked fine. Carpet to room was dirty and smelled bad. Very bad. Room smelled odd. Bed did appear clean- only reason we didn’t leave immediately. The AC kicked off/on all night and sounded like a low hanging helicopter- not joking. Room remained hot. The blinds did not block the high street lights from the parking lot. So the room was lit up all night. So after we attempted to sleep, we exited the room to find 2 men sleeping in the hallway- I am not joking. They never woke as we stepped over and around them. Some hallways and pool closed so hopefully attempting to make changes. This placed should be closed until update and cleaned. We will never be back!

Parking was good. Hotel appears to be going through a renovation. I had a non smoking room however the entire floor that i was staying on smelled like smoke. They need to enforce their non smoking policy. The cigarette smoke smell is my only complaint. Everything else was fine.

Staff was fine. We had an old room. Ac poor. Mattress terrible. Room dirty and I had to clean the bathroom. No amenities. Coffee supplies but no coffee maker. No phone in the room. Had to go ask for towels. Stained and sticky carpet. Hole in the Sheetrock in the bathroom. Shower head clogged with deposits. Hard water. Window seal broken so it was cloudy between the panes so you couldn’t see outside. The lobby had breakfast but we didn’t dare assuming the kitchen was as dirty as the room. Trash all over the parking lot. They are remodeling but our room should NOT be rented in the current condition. Unless you get a newly remodeled room, be sure to inspect the room before staying. I cannot recommend in good conscience.
