「stayed here for two nights. lake view is nice but that's about it. the insulation is bad. fortunately neighbors' conversation was muffled and intelligible. every time a neighboring door closes it sounds like someone's slamming the door. one lamp cover in the bathroom actually overheated and cracked when i was away briefly. glass splinters scattered the bathroom sink area and a big piece landed on the floor. luckily i was not using the sink when it happened. the spa and sauna was available but...

「We got a family room. Was perfect for what we needed. It’s not a modern facility but it was clean, well equiped, warm and conveniently located within walking distance to our function. Cute little kitchen where you could cook a basic meal for your family if you wanted too. You do need to enter the bedroom to access the bathroom but that was ok for us. 「Overall very good and staff was helpful and offer us early check in. Only got inquired was the hotel swimming pool seem offer peoples in public. I saw so many persons seem not stay in hotel but still can use the swimming pool. If so i think this is the only think we dont like. Thanks 」

「Thank you all the staff there provided amiable services to us that we had wonderful journey in rotorua. I just dissatisfied the setting of toilet and the temperature of the room and sulphur smell. parking and customer services are excellent, the location is traveller-friendly that we just spent 3-5 mins reached the centre for shopping, dining/ lunch, and filling up the petrol of cars. Very good motel in rotorua! 」
