「We loved our stay at the Ellie for a quick weekend getaway. The room was clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent and we were greeted by staff immediately. We were also given a list of amenities and restaurants nearby at check in. We would definitely book again!」

「Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time. 「We chose the Queen suite on the 6th floor it made for a nice view of the ocean and pool area. There's lots of pools and my 5 year old loved having so many options. The beach bar was nice to have on site and the property looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean they did a good job at cleaning the outdoor area and pools. The only complaint I have is that they text you offering if they can help with anything but end up just telling you where to go to get what you need. We went to get...

「Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. 「The hotel is very run down, but, one of the few that is pet friendly. We just wanted a quick beach getaway.. upon entering the bathroom, there was a huge dead cockroach and what looked like mouse turds… I cleaned that up…. The gal at the front desk was awesome.. did not get her name.. but the whole place smelled like pot… Would I stay there again, only in an emergency.」
